hi, i’m steph, certified foodie and ingredient label reader

I create simple, allergy-friendly recipes that you and your family will love

If you have a food allergy, then you know how hard it is to find safe foods at restaurants and at the grocery store. Most store-bought breads and processed foods have allergens and it can be expensive to find alternatives. I started making wheat-free, soy-free, egg-free, nut-free meals at home, but I still wanted the convenience of store-bought foods.

My recipes focus on simple, easy-to-find ingredients, and time-saving steps. Now that I’m a mom, I especially understand the importance of shortcuts! This is why I love finding ways to make the safe foods that we enjoy a little bit easier to prepare. I hope you check out my recipes, and have fun with it. Don’t forget the wine when it’s cooking time!

quick, delicious, gluten free. what more could you want?

My latest obsession is gluten-free naan!

I have been trying out tons of gluten free bread options from the grocery store and they are just not cutting it. If you have a wheat, egg, and soy allergy it’s very hard to find bread that tastes decent.

It’s just so much better to make from scratch at home, but no one wants to spend the entire day in the kitchen. If you are craving carbs but don’t want to take out your bread maker, try my super simple (comes together in minutes) gluten-free naan recipe!
